For this session, we are going through some very simple posture and balance exercises while standing. All you need is a sturdy chair and a relaxing area in your home.
Incorporating standing into our exercises is a great way to strengthen our posture. We use our backs and legs throughout the day and strengthening these areas can help you feel more confident and strong during your daily routines.
