Standing Air Ball Workout For Seniors | Intermediate Level | 28Min

In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an easy to follow standing workout using an air ball (playground ball).

This is a full body exercise and the air ball can be substituted by using a small pillow to use for resistance. Having some type of resistance while doing this exercise is a great way to build up strength and stability. You can also just do this routine as a range of motion workout (following along without resistance) and you can still benefit form these movements.

Remember to keep your water close by and never force any movements that cause you pain or discomfort. Take water breaks when you need and most of all have a great workout!
