Single Dumbbell Full Body Strength Training Workout | Intermediate Level | 10 Min

In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through a full body strength training workout using a single dumbbell for resistance.

Resistance training workouts are a great way to not only build strength but to work your cardiovascular system and endurance. You don’t need to lift very heavy weights to build muscle and strength. Adding just a few pounds to any strength training movement will increase the amount of work your muscles need to perform which will in turn, build muscle.

In this video Meredith only uses a single dumbbell to achieve better resistance training and incorporates full body movements throughout the workout. If you don’t have a dumbbell you can always substitute with a bottle of water or cans of soup. Also make sure you have something to hold onto if you’d like some extra balance stability. A sturdy chair can work perfect for this.

This is an intermediate level workout so make sure you only do moves that you feel comfortable with and never force any pain or discomfort.
