In this “Short On Time” exercise, Meredith is guiding you through an all seated, full body resistance bands workout perfect for beginners.

Resistance bands are a great way to build strength in a safe and effective manner and when used correctly, they can be a helpful full body strength workout tool . This workout is also in the seated position which helps for those who may have limited mobility or issues with standing.  This is a quick exercise designed for all levels of fitness and can easily be performed at home when you are limited on time but still want to get a workout in.

Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Always keep your water close by and take breaks when you need to.
