In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an easy to follow seated stretching workout that you can do at home if you find yourself “Short On Time”.

Regular stretching is essential to maintaining an independent and active lifestyle. However, we can often find ourselves “short on time” and end up skipping stretching because it may seem unnecessary. Luckily, there are always “quick” stretches you can do after any workout or just on a daily basis that you can still benefit from. For this video, all stretches are seated and are available to all levels of fitness.

Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pin or discomfort. Keep you water close by and have a great “short on time” stretch!
