In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through a full body workout using (optional) dumbbells for resistance. This is part of our “Short On Time” series which focuses on maximizing your workout in a shorter period of time during those days where it feels like there just isn’t enough hours to get everything done.

Using dumbbells is a great way to add strength training to your exercise. For this routine, lighter dumbbells are preferred so you can maximize repetitions and not wear out your muscles during the workout. This is an intermediate level routine so be sure to preview this video first and remember that all moves can be modified to seated.

Be sure to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Take breaks when you need to and keep your water close by.
