Our “Short On Time” exercise series are designed to give you maximum benefits in a short period of time. This particular routine focuses on your full body without using any weights for resistance. All you’ll need is a sturdy chair and some open space around you.

Bodyweight exercises are a great way to get a full workout because you don’t use any equipment and you can get started quickly. The movements in this “Short On Time” video are designed for all fitness levels and can be modified to seated if needed.

Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and take breaks when you need to.
