In this “Short On Time” series exercise video Meredith is guiding you through some easy to follow seated stretches using an optional stretching strap. You can also substitute these stretches using a towel if you do not have a strap to use.
Regular seated stretching is important in keeping your body loose, relaxed and ready to handle the challenges of the day. The movements in this video focus on your full body from upper, lower and your core muscles. This is a beginner level routine so it should be suitable for most all fitness levels.
Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Take breaks when you need to and always have your water close by.
