Senior Fitness Workout With Standing Cardio and Dumbbell Resistance Training | Livestream


We will be continuing Falls Prevention Awareness Month, into week 3, with a workout focusing on standing cardio and dumbbell resistance training.

This workout will start with a cardio warm-up, seated and standing weights, and a stretch.

We will be seated and standing. Remember all can be modified to stay seated.

You will need dumbbells, a chair, and your water.
