In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through a full body, seated resistance bands workout perfect for anyone looking to start using bands for resistance training.

Resistance bands are a great way to build strength safely and effectively. You can use different “weighted” bands which control how much tension you are using during your exercise to ensure a proper workout for your fitness level as well. (See our recommended equipment here)

This workout is designed as a beginner level routine but can be done by all fitness levels. Be sure to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that doesn’t cause any pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and take breaks when you need to.
