Senior Fitness Resistance Training Workout Class | Livestream

This week we will be doing a weight training workout. We will start with a cardio warm-up, then do a full body standing and seated weights resistance training session!

Remember all can be modified to stay seated and just range of motion.

You will need a pair of dumbbells (or other resistance such as water bottles or cans), a chair, and your water.
