This month’s Livestream will be a full body Resistance Bands Workout.

We will start with a short cardio warm-up. We will then sit for resistance band work, transition to standing for more band work, and then sit to finish up with core work and a good stretch!

You will need resistance bands, a chair, and your water.

Remember all can be modified to seated.
