Senior Fitness Range Of Motion Workout Using Dumbbells | Livestream

This month’s live stream will be a “Range Of Motion” & Dumbbells Workout!

We will start standing with a cardio warm-up and then sit to do range of motion movements before we do them with dumbbells.

We’ll then transition to standing to continue our dumbbell work and finish off with a great stretch!

For this live stream class You’ll need your dumbbells, a sturdy comfortable chair, and your water.
