This month’s live stream workout is a “No Squats, No Hops, No Floor Work” HIIT Cardio and Dumbbell Workout. We will start standing with a warm-up, then go into our HIIT and strength training workout. We’ll then transition to seated and continue the workout, ending with a great stretch.
To join us you will need a pair of dumbbells, a chair, and your water. Remember all can be modified to seated.
