This month’s live stream is a low impact “Mountain Cardio” style exercise combined with a seated core workout.
We will start with a standing cardio routine involving easy to follow, repeated movements. We’ll then sit to do our abdominal and core exercises. We will then finish our workout together with a great stretch!
To join us, you will need just a sturdy chair and your water. Remember, all can be modified to seated as well.
