In this video Meredith will be taking you through an easy to follow standing cardio warm up.
This is a low impact workout perfect for beginners or anyone looking to find a great warm up routine to get you workout started. Making sure you warm up your body before you go into your workout is always a great idea and can be easily overlooked.
Making sure your body is ready for exercise is so important especially as we age.
For this routine, all you will need is some space around you enough where you’ll be able to step side to side a few feet all around. You may also do this routine seated in a modified version which we always recommend if standing is not available to you.
Remember to keep your water close by, only do movements that you feel comfortable with and remember to have a great workout!
