This month’s Livestream is a standing cardio HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and seated resistance bands workout.
We will start with a quick standing warm up, then go into our standing HIIT cardio workout. We will then sit for a resistance bands strength training exercises and end our workout with a great stretch.
To join us you will need a resistance band, chair and water and remember, all can be modified to seated or substituted with just doing range of motion if you have limitations.
