In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through a fun and energizing low impact cardio workout that you can easily do right in your own home with no equipment.

Low impact cardio workouts are a very safe and effective way to help build up your cardiovascular system without the stress of high impact movements. These kinds of exercises are easy on joints, hips, knees and aging muscles. You can also modify the movements in this video to a seated position if your prefer seated exercises as well.

This is an intermediate level routine so be sure to preview the workout in full before you begin if you are not sure of your level of fitness. Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and take breaks when you need to.
