This month’s Livestream is our welcoming of the New Year with a Fun, Low Impact Cardio Workout with complementing core movements.
We will start with a standing low-impact cardio workout, then sit to do our core exercises, followed by our great stretch!
To join us, you will need your sturdy comfortable chair, and your water. Also remember all can be modified to seated if that is your preference.
