Your balance is a big part of your physical well being. It allows you the freedoms to do everyday tasks like walking, jogging, carrying groceries or grand babies as well as getting in and out of a chair. We use our balance constantly which is why it’s so important to incorporate balance exercises into your weekly exercises.
This workout utilizes both seated and standing positions and is easy on joints, knees and hips. Moreover, all movements in this workout can be modified to seated if you prefer the seated position when exercising.
Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don.’t cause any pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and have a great workout!
