Our “Get Back On Track” themed exercises are perfect for anyone who may have been away from exercise for a while or is just starting out for the first time. This exercise is meant to “ease” your body into cardio and range of motion movements which is good for muscles that haven’t been used for a period of time. This is a beginner level workout and can be performed by all fitness levels.
Be sure to only do movements that you feel comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Remember to take breaks when you need to and keep your water close by.
