This month’s Livestream class is a full body stretch, range of motion, and core workout.
We are doing seated and standing stretches and Range of Motion (ROM) movements of the entire body, holding some of the stretches for longer to get the full benefit of the stretch. We’re also doing seated abs and core work as well.
Remember that all can be modified to seated and all you will need to participate is your sturdy chair and your water.
