Senior Fitness Full Body Standing and Seated HIIT Workout | Using Light Weights | Livestream

This Livestream class will be a Standing and Seated HIIT workout!

We will start with some cardio to warm-up, then stay standing for some fun HIIT using light dumbbells. We’ll then transition to seated for more HIIT with light dumbbells.  All will end with a wonderful core routine followed by a stretch!

You will need light dumbbells(if using; water bottles, etc can be substituted), a chair, and your water.

Remember all can be modified to seated.
