This month’s workout will be a Full Body Standing and Seated Dumbbells Workout, to help build our bone and muscle strength.
We will start with a short standing cardio warm-up, then sit to start our dumbbell exercises. We’ll then transition to standing for more dumbbell work.
To conclude, we will transition back to seated for a great post workout stretch to end the class.
