This month’s live stream class, is a Full Body Dumbbells Workout.
We start with a quick warm-up, then sit to start our dumbbell exercises. We’ll then transition to standing to continue with our dumbbell exercises.
We will then transition back to the seated position to complete our workout with an amazing stretch!
Remember all can be modified to stay seated and range of motion with no equipment use if you prefer all seated exercises.
To join us you’ll need a chair, dumbbells (optional), and water.
