Senior Fitness Full Body Dumbbell Workout | Seated and Standing | Livestream Class

This month’s Livstream is a Full Body Dumbbells Workout!

We’ll start with a short standing cardio warm-up and then sit to start our dumbbells workout. We’ll then transition to standing, continuing with our dumbbells and then back to sitting position to finish, and end with a great stretch!

You will need your sturdy comfortable chair, a pair of dumbbells, and your water. Remember all can be modified to seated and/or just follow along using your range of motion without equipment.
