This month’s Livestream is a Full Body Standing and Seated Dumbbells Workout.
We’ll start with a short standing cardio warm-up and then begin seated to start our dumbbell workout.
We’ll then transition to standing for more dumbbell work, concluding back to our seated position for a great stretch to end. Remember, all movements can be modified to seated for those with limitations or who prefer seated exercises.
To join us, you will need your dumbbells, sturdy chair, and water.
