In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through a full body, advanced level cardio and dumbbell workout.
This workout is an advanced level routine incorporating movements that will work both upper body, lower body and your core. Using light weight dumbbells, these movements will help build strength and since this is also a timed exercise with periods of “work” and “rest” or “HIIT” style (High Intensity Interval Training), it will also benefit your cardiovascular system as well.
This is one of our longer workouts (55 minutes) so be sure you preview this video in full before beginning. You will also need a sturdy chair for a portion of this workout. Remember to only do moves that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Take breaks when you need to and keep your water close by.
