In this exercise video, Meredith is guiding you through an intermediate level, standing cardio boxing routine using light weights for resistance.

Boxing cardio exercises are great for working on your coordination and your “mind and body” connection. During your energizing cardio burn, your mind is also getting a workout as you move through the steps and swings of common boxing movements. This can also be called “Shadow Boxing” which encompass your full body.

This is an intermediate level routine so be sure to preview the workout in full before attempting to complete. Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and take breaks when you need to.
