In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through a “Brain & Body” connection workout meant to both exercise your mind and body together! Our Brain & Body series focuses on movements that will make you think in conjunction with moving your body through space to enhance coordination, function, timing and balance.

This is a simple workout series that you can do at home and is great for all levels of fitness. It is designed so that you improve cognitive function which can deteriorate as we get older. Keeping your mind as sharp as it can be by working on challenging movements is a great way to stay mobile and healthy as you age.

Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Keep water close by and take breaks when you need to.
