In this special exercise video Meredith is guiding you through easy to follow movements based on “ABCD” verbal cues to challenge your body and mind.

Our “Brain & Body” series exercises are designed for all levels of fitness and are a great way to keep the connection between your mind and body sharp. All moves in this video are easy to perform and be modified to seated as well.

Meredith guides you through verbal cues using the letters A, B, C & D which correspond with different body movements. The combination of these letters will determine which sequences of movements you will perform.

Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Keep you water close by and take breaks when you need to.
