In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an intermediate level, boxing cardio routine designed as an all standing workout but can be modified to seated.

Boxing cardio workouts are great way to build up your cardiovascular system and strengthen the muscles that help promote balance. The moves in this video are designed to help get your heart rate up in a steady and safe manner as well as tone the muscles you use in everyday activities like walking, carrying groceries or going up and down stairs. It also helps promote flexibility and a stable core.

This is an intermediate level routine so be sure to preview this workout if you are unsure of your fitness level. Also only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by, take breaks when you need to and have a great workout!
