This month’s Livestream is a Full Body, Bodyweight Seated and Standing Workout.

We will start standing with a quick warm-up and stay standing to do some bodyweight movements.

We’ll then sit to continue these movements, core/abs work, and end seated for some stretches.

To join us, you will need your sturdy chair and water.
