In this workout, you’ll be going through a great balance workout routine (Full Body) designed to help build stability to help you through everyday movements.

Having stable balance is so important for all of us but especially in those who don’t feel as confident about standing up, sitting down, walking upstairs or other daily activities that we take for granted.

In this workout, Meredith focuses on a full-body balance routine that works in both standing and seated positions. The exercises in this video will help give you the strength, balance, and most of all confidence to stand tall and use your body comfortably every day.

As always, only do movements that feel comfortable for you and never force anything that causes pain or discomfort. Remember to keep a sturdy chair, wall, or couch close by when you need it and drink lots of water.
