In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an advanced level, full body dumbbell workout in both standing and seated positions.

Using dumbbells for added resistance is a great way to build strength when exercising. Using weights that add proper resistance yet light enough for you to make it through the complete routine is key to benefiting from this exercise. This is an advanced level workout and is one of our longer routines so be sure to preview the complete video before continuing with this workout.

This video benefits from both standing and seated positions and finishes with core exercises and a great stretch. Be sure to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Also remember to take breaks when you need to and keep your water close by.
