In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through a quick 5 minute (“Wake Me Up!”) low impact cardio routine you can do in a small space at home. Low impact cardio exercises are a great way to get a good workout in a safe and controlled manner. You may also modify this exercise to seated if that is available for you.
This “energizing” routine is perfect to help get your body moving early on and ready for the day! This is a quick session and can also be used as a warm up for more advanced levels of fitness. Being only 5 minutes, you can also decide to run through this working twice in a row for a longer, more complete workout.
This is a full body routine and as always, never force anything that causes you pain or discomfort. Be sure to take breaks when you need to and have a great workout!
