In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through a full body kettlebell workout designed to build up your strength and endurance.

We are huge fans of kettelbell workouts because they are great for both building strength through resistance and also challenging your cardiovascular system. Kettlebell exercises are the perfect balance between weight training and cardio workouts when done properly.

This is a full body standing routine geared more towards an advanced level so be sure to preview this workout in full before attempting it. Also be sure to use a kettlebell weight that is not too heavy and is a comfortable for you. This may mean choosing a lighter weight than what you are used too. Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and take breaks when you need to.
