Senior Fitness 30 Min “Walking In Place” Marching Class With Ending Stretch | Livestream


Let’s take a walk!! We will be “walking” for 30 minutes to get our 2 miles in.

Marching and other cardio moves will be done as we get All Over Strong and walk together!

We will then get a nice seated stretch in.

Remember all can be modified to stay seated. You will need a chair and your water.
