In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an easy to follow, beginner level low impact cardio workout themed as a “Mountain Cardio” routine.
Mountain cardio encompasses a set of movements that count as “going up” the mountain. At the end of those set of movements, you will repeat them in reverse which counts as going back down the mountain. This workout is also a timed exercise with interval periods of rest and work (40 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest)
No equipment is required for this workout and all you need is some space to move with no trip hazards around you. Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and take breaks when you need to.
