In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an easy to follow, seated low impact cardio routine for beginners which also incorporates a quick abs and core workout to end.
Seated exercises are great for anyone who may have physical limitations while standing or who prefer to exercise in the seated position. You can still get your heart rate up and put on a sweat with this exercise! This routine is executed a timed/interval fashion with 30 seconds of “work” and 10 seconds of “rest” in between. You don’t need any equipment except your sturdy chair and some space around you.
Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Take breaks when you need to and keep your water close by.
