In this exercise video we are guiding you through a standing “Full Body Blast” low impact cardio routine using light weights for added resistance. This is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style workout using a timer for periods of “rest” and “work” which promotes better cardiovascular health.

Our “Full Body Blast” series exercises are great for getting in a full body workout in a short period of time. For this exercise, we are incorporating easy to follow standing movements that are designed to build strength and stability all while getting a great cardio session in. This is an intermediate level routine so be sure to preview this workout first before beginning if you are unsure of your current fitness level.

Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and take breaks when you need to.
