In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through a full body “blast” routine using resistance bands.
This workout is perfect for anyone looking to get in both strength training and cardio work at the same time. It’s called a “blast” workout because we are executing safe and effective movements using timed intervals of 30 seconds work and 10 seconds rest in between similar to what a HIIT workout (High Intensity Interval Training) style would be.
Resistance bands are great way to build strength without having to use heavy weights which can be challenging for some. They are effective in working your muscles just enough to help tone and strengthen the areas of focus.
This is an all standing, intermediate level workout so make sure you preview the full video before beginning. Make sure to take breaks when you need to and keep your water close by.
