In this exercise video Meredith will be guiding you through an easy to follow, seated workout using an air ball for added resistance.

This is a perfect workout for anyone who prefers the seated position when exercising as it doesn’t put any strain on your lower body. This is a beginner level workout but it can also be used as a perfect warm up for more advanced levels as well.

This exercise does use an air ball for added resistance but you can also substitute using a small pillow or even a folded towel if you don’t have an air ball. This is part of our “Basics Series” which focuses on the fundamentals of the workout as you learn and exercise at the same time. Meant to give you a base understanding of how you can use the air ball for exercise and allows you room to grow as you progress further.

Remember to only do movements that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Take breaks when you need to and keep your water close by.
