In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through a full body “blast” standing workout using light dumbbells for added resistance. This is an intermediate level workout and is designed to work all areas of your body.
This workout is nicknamed “Full Body Blast” because it is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style routine with 30 seconds of work “on” and 10 seconds of rest in between movements giving you the benefits of both cardio and strength training in one workout!:)
Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and never force anything that causes you pain or discomfort. Also be sure to “preview” this workout if you aren’t sure on your level of fitness. Keep your water close by and have a great workout!
