Welcome to a another great “Basics” workout with Meredith featuring an easy to follow seated routine focusing on strengthening your core and abs!
Core exercises are a great way to add strength and stability to the section of your body that handles balance and movement. You core section is crucial in allowing you to move freely when exercising and making sure this area is strong is very important. Since we use our core everyday, we felt it was important to include this in our “Basics” series exercises which are perfect for anyone just starting out with exercise or anyone looking for a “refresher” on how to get a proper abs and core workout in safely and effectively.
This is a shorter workout as your abs and core don’t need to be worked for long periods of time. Remember to keep your water close by, take breaks when you need to and have a great workout!
