In this workout we’ll be going through a great seated strength training routine but instead of using traditional dumbbells or weight, we’ll be using everyday household items that you can find right in your own home.
Strength training is important to incorporate into your workouts throughout the week. But we may not always have the weights we want to use for them.
And that is perfectly OK!
We wanted to show you that you don’t have to use traditional weights. Strength training can happen in many different fashions and using items around your own house is always an option.
In this video, Meredith takes you through a seated full body workout from warm up to cool down that both strengthens and tones your arms, legs and core. This workout like all of our workouts can be easily done in the comfort of your own home and at your level of flexibility.
Remember to drink lots of water while exercising and only do movements that are comfortable to you.
