Using resistance bands to help build strength is one of our favorite types of exercises. Resistance bands are safe, easy to use, affordable and can go with you anywhere! If you are just starting out with bands then we recommend previewing this video as it is a great introductory to a full body workout.

This is an all seated routine which is useful for those who are more comfortable exercising in the seated position. Seated workouts are designed to be more low impact and provide extra support for your back and also helps take pressure off knees and hips.

Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that never cause you any pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and take breaks when you need to.
