In this workout we are going to take you through a great seated HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) full body workout.

HIIT workouts are a great way to do higher intensity movements for short period of time with moments of rest in between. They are designed to maximize energy and effort in short “bursts” which translate perfectly into better cardio vascular health over doing traditional long form type cardio exercises (long distance running, walking etc)

This workout is classified as our “Intermediate Level” which is perfect for those who are looking for a slightly higher challenge than a beginner level. This means a little more intensity but even better, more calories burned!

Since this workout is seated, you will have better stability which means you can exert more energy towards your movements. Don’t be fooled by the sitting position, you will still get a great workout, burn more calories and feel great!

As always, remember to drink lots of water during this workout and rest when you need to. Going at your own pace is important but push when you feel you have the energy and the flexibility to do it.
