Seated Dumbbell Workout For Seniors And Beginners With Limited Range Of Motion | 25Min


In this exercise video Meredith will be guiding you through a full body seated workout using dumbbells with focus on movements you can do if you have a limited range of motion.

Using light weight dumbbells for resistance and strength training is a great way to build muscle especially if you have limitations on your range of motion in your arms, shoulders or legs. By utilizing certain movements shown in this workout video you can still build up your strength and yet cater to your body’s needs.

This is a seated workout so there isn’t strain on your back and other stabilization areas of your body. We only focus on the areas we’ll be training which is also perfect for beginners as well.

Always remember to keep your water close by and never force movements that may cause you pain or discomfort.
