In this beginner level workout, you will work your core in every way. Staying seated for the entire workout we will target the abdominals, obliques, and lower back areas. Your trunk area!

The core is so very important in everything we do. It helps stabilize you, your balance stems from the core, your posture stays correct with a strengthened core.

This workout is one that can be done daily, supplementing other workouts you do. And weights can be added to make it more challenging.

Remember to stay hydrated and drink lots of water and only do movements that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Always go at your own pace.
